More than 120 participants joined the event, organized jointly with the French Treasury at the Ministry of Economy and Finance of France. They included senior government officials, debt management experts, development partners, and technical assistance providers. #DMF, a program implemented jointly by The World Bank and the International Monetary Fund, offers programs and tools to enhance capacity of debt management offices in more than 80 developing countries around the world.
